Welcome to the Classic Mint Collectibles Archives web site! The purpose of this site is to provide a showcase and historical collection for the phenomenal 1/87 scale truck and construction models produced by Classic Mint Collectibles and perhaps aid in the pursuit of some of these much sought after models through the secondary market. All the factory stock has long since been sold and Classic Mint Collectibles, LLC has been dissolved. This project is brought to you by the 1/87 Vehicle Club for the purpose of keeping the memory of these models fresh and perhaps we can help you find that special model you're looking if you missed out on these models the first time around. We hope you enjoy viewing the photos of the great models produced by Classic Mint Collectibles!

This web site is brought to you by the 1/87 Vehicle Club. The 1/87 Vehicle Club was established to promote the construction, use, and manufacture of prototypically accurate scale vehicle and equipment models specifically in 1/87 (HO) scale. 1/87 scale is most commonly referred to as "HO" scale because this is the scale of HO gauge model trains, by far the most popular scale for railroad modeling.
The 1/87 Vehicle Club assists in the exhibition, promotion, manufacturing, and production research of vehicles of all kinds in 1/87 (HO) scale. This web site is intended to serve as a historical archive for all the great models produced by Classic Mint Collectibles, LLC.

Modeler Showcase
Our Showcase Model is from Joe Enriquez. Joe detailed a Classic Mint Collectibles brass model with some semi-gloss pinpoint airbrushing, Pen-Bay custom decals, CB antennas, and corner bumper poles splashed with a little chalk weathering on this Peterbilt 379EXTH. The trailer is one of Joe's scratchbuilt masterpieces made mostly of styrene.
